In order for profiles to be reviewed, they need to have a profile photo uploaded, as well as the "tour/non-tour experience" section and "About" section filled out. Once those are filled out, the team will review your profile within a few business days!
If you haven't heard back from us, it probably means that we're missing some information on your profile.
